MLP LEAGUE REGISTRATION
Season Length: December 1-February 23
 
Dates of Play:
December 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
January 5, 12, 19, 26
February 2, 9, 16, 23
 
Teams must have 2 Males and 2 Females Per Team
 
All Matches will occur at the West Location, 11420 170 st NW.
 
Cost:
$100 deposit due at time of registration, the remaining $680 will be due on first league day. Cost breaks down to $195+GST per person.
 
Cancellation / No-Show Fees
There are no refunds within 10 days of league start date. All other refunds will be subject to a 10% processing fee.
If your team does not show up for a week of play, there will be a $60 charge to your team.
 
Only ONE person per team must register online.

    Private Courts: Cancellations must be at least 24 hours before your booking to be eligible for a refund.

    Programs: Cancel must be at least 24 hours prior to the program star titmefor a refund. Contact the court location by phone or email for cancellations within 24 hours.

    Clinics: Cancel at least 7 days before the clinic begins for a refund.

    Private Lessons: Cancel directly with the instructor and at least 48 hours in advance for a refund.

    Refund Policy

    Private Courts: Cancellations must be at least 24 hours prior to the booking date/time to be eligible for a refund.*

    Programs: Cancellations must be at least 24 hours prior to the event date/time to be eligible for a refund.*

    Clinics: Cancellations must be at least 7 days prior to the first day of the clinic to be eligible for a refund.

    Private Lessons: Cancellations must be done through the instructor themselves, and must be cancelled 48 hours prior to be eligible for a refund.

    *To cancel a reservation within 24 hours, you must contact the location of your court booking.

    *If you have already paid for your reservation and choose to cancel outside of 24 hour timeframe, the paid amount will automatically be added back to your CourtReserve account in the form of a credit.
