I can't seem to register for your Round Robins, why is that?
There could be any number of reasons. Our booking system is very particular as to not allow unranked/lower ranked individuals from entering higher tiered brackets. Make sure you have given us your proof of rating by sending it to info@evpcenter.com once we have that we will attach the rating to your profile. Another common problem is gender information missing from your profile. Make sure to fill out as much information as possible in CourtReserve if the system doesn't see that you are male/female, you won't be able to take part in those specific events!
I have a DUPR rating how do I attach it to my CourtReserve account?
There are a couple easy ways of getting your DUPR rating attached to your CourtReserve account. First, if you want to do this yourself, head to DUPR's website at www.mydupr.com once there you'll want to sign in, go to dashboard, click on clubs (along the left side of the screen), then search "The Pickleball Centers" in the search bar click on our club and click join! We'll update our DUPR once a day to make sure we get to each invite. If you'd rather have one of our staff members handle this directly, simply send us an email with your DUPR ID Number (located in the DUPR app main dashboard) and our staff will link your account with our backend system.
How do I get rated at your club?
We offer two ways to get rated our our facility.
Club Ratings: Attend a rating event. These 2 hour clinics are to test an individual's skills and gameplay. Should the rating individual determine you meet the qualifications for that level, we will issue you a club rating document. Please check with your Club these are accepted.
DUPR: Attending our DUPR Initial Rating Sessions and DUPR round robins will add weight to your DUPR rating. Once you have 20 matches we will accept this rating as a CLUB rating.
Informal: Attend a 4 week clinic. These 8 hours on court will provide our training staff with enough information to offer you a rating valid within our facilities.
If a round robin or other event doesn't have enough participants, what happens?
In the event that one of our round robins doesn't have a minimum of 4 participants, we will cancel that occurrence. Our staff will reach out by phone and email around 8:30 PM the evening before to let all participants know of the cancellation. Make sure you have both your email and phone number on file so we can get in touch!
What are your payment methods?
We accept all major credit cards as well as cash and debit. For online bookings, payment is required at the time of booking. For memberships, we offer Monthly or Yearly payments to suit your needs.
