CLUB Round Robins

Round Robins are offered for each rating level from 2.5 - 4.5+. Round Robins will consist of 5 minutes of warm on the courts with the remaining time segmented into 15 minutes matches. Players will rotate partners and opponents for each match, following the posted schedule by the courts.

Round Robin payment and advanced booking will be based on your individual membership.

Players must have either a proof of rating on file or a placement to register for the program. Should you need your account updated please email proof of rating to info@edmontonpickleballcenter.com

EVPC will accept DUPR (pending 30 matches), Pickleball Brackets (Pending rating has stabilized), or club ratings should the club meet requirements posted on the rating section of our website. https://www.edmontonpickleballcenter.com/ratings

 

DUPR Round Robin

 

Players will play matches in a round robin format, changing opponents and teammates each match according to the schedule which will be posted by the courts. All matches will be to 11 points, win by 1. 

All matches will be entered in the DUPR rating system by our front desk staff.

Individuals wishing to enter these programs that have not submitted their rating can do so to info@edmontonpickleballcenter.com. 

To enter this program, your DUPR score must fall between the parameters listed above.

 

Prior to attending, individuals must ensure they have a DUPR account (mydupr.com) and have added "The Pickleball Centers" as a club to their account.

Private Courts: Cancellations must be at least 24 hours before your booking to be eligible for a refund.

Programs: Cancel must be at least 24 hours prior to the program star titmefor a refund. Contact the court location by phone or email for cancellations within 24 hours.

Clinics: Cancel at least 7 days before the clinic begins for a refund.

Private Lessons: Cancel directly with the instructor and at least 48 hours in advance for a refund.

Refund Policy

Private Courts: Cancellations must be at least 24 hours prior to the booking date/time to be eligible for a refund.*

Programs: Cancellations must be at least 24 hours prior to the event date/time to be eligible for a refund.*

Clinics: Cancellations must be at least 7 days prior to the first day of the clinic to be eligible for a refund.

Private Lessons: Cancellations must be done through the instructor themselves, and must be cancelled 48 hours prior to be eligible for a refund.

*To cancel a reservation within 24 hours, you must contact the location of your court booking.

*If you have already paid for your reservation and choose to cancel outside of 24 hour timeframe, the paid amount will automatically be added back to your CourtReserve account in the form of a credit.
